Anita Briem is an Icelandic actor from Iceland . She is most well-known as the actress who played Jane Seymour in the TV series The Tudors. Briem was born in Iceland and began her journey into acting at the age of nine years old at Iceland's National Theater, is best known for playing Jane Seymour. Briem had been an actor in Iceland as a kid. Briem, then 16, moved to London and took part in an production called Lenin In Love at the New End Theater. After turning 19, Briem was accepted at the famous Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), where she enrolled over the next three years. She obtained a diploma in dramatics as well as the John Barton Prize in the category of Scenic Fight. When she was studying at RADA the actor was involved in a large number of plays, including The Cherry Garden by Anton Chekhov and the Bernarda Alba's House written by Federico Garcia Lorca .
